1. ONLINE SHOPPING /
1.1 Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order.
1.2 By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER /
2.1 Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Confirm Order Button’, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Le Bas.
2.2 Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and Le Bas will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below.
3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES /
3.1 The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the lebas.co website.
3.2 Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund. Please return them in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
3.3 Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
3.4 Returns or Exchange Procedure
1 / Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of your return / exchange. Please include the merchandise style name, order number and your reason for your return / exchange. For an exchange, we will check if the merchandise you requested is in stock. If not, you might choose to return the item.
2 / Once your return / exchange is authorized by lebas.co you will receive a RA#.
3 / Include this form in your package.
4 / Ship the package with the merchandise securely sealed to the adress below /

5 / All international returns must be shipped with track and trace number. International returns without a tracking number will not be accepted. Please email tracking number to email@example.com.
6 / Upon acceptance of the merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
7 / Once the exchange process is complete you will receive an email confirmation of your exchange and tracking number.
8 / Upon acceptance of your merchandise for return, we will process your refund in seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
We reserve the right to reject any returns / exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. 4. DELIVERY INFORMATION /
Free worldwide shipping with secure Track and Trace Number.
Once the order has been placed it will be shipped in the next 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email with your Track & Trace number and a link to the website where you can follow your item.
Our orders are shipped from our offices in Ireland and Buenos Aires depending on proximity.
