2. RETURN & EXCHANGES

2.1 The return policy is for goods purchased on the lebas.co website.

2.2 Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund. Please return them in their original, unused condition (with their original packaging), with all tags, within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

2.3 Refunds will be made for the amount of the original purchase. Please note that shipping and other return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

2.4 Return or exchange procedure:

1 / Send an email to info@lebas.co with a brief explanation of your return / exchange. Please include the merchandise style name, order number, and the reason for your return/exchange.

2 / Once your return / exchange is authorized by lebas.co you will receive a confirmation email.

3 / Send us the package with the merchandise with the tracking number to the address that we will indicate in the email.

4 / All international returns must be sent with a tracking number. International returns without a tracking number will not be accepted. Send an email to nfo@lebas.co with the tracking number.

5 / Once the merchandise is accepted for exchange, the new article will be sent according to availability.

6 / Once the exchange process is complete, you will receive an email confirming your exchange and the tracking number.

7 / Once the returned merchandise is accepted, we will process the refund in seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges that do not meet the conditions set out above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be given. For any question or doubt regarding the return / exchange send us an e-mail to info@lebas.co.
